Had one of your sales reps (Matt W., representing Verizon) come to my door and despite having a 'No Solicitors' sign up, he was a condescending jerk who snidely asked if my wife makes all of the decisions because I kept deflecting to having to talk with her first. Take a hint Matt, I was already having a bad day and was not interested. Learn to read the room. You insulting me at my doorstep because I wasn't interested in your services is probably not a successful sales strategy with most people. I now have zero interest in going any where near your business or its services. Unfortunately we're currently with Verizon for cell service which this awful company acquired back in 2021. We're now considering switching because of this experience. Way to drum up business for your company Matt W!

The most unprofessional company. I scheduled a meeting to be ghosted ??? Sat on zoom for 10 minutes and NO ONE SHOWED UP! I specifically rescheduled my other priorities for this exact meeting! No care in the world for others time and energy. Thank god i dodged that bullet!

Katie convinced me to hop off my Data plan and do the same with my girlfriend! We saving money and got new iPhones. 10 out of 10 salesperson thank you Verizon

They called me today just to hang up in my face mid sentence. then when I tried to call them back they suddenly went to voicemail. Whoever that lady was. You are a coward. Dodged a bullet for sure not working for these people.

Eddy explained me about Verizon Internet plan in detail and simple manner.he also answered my questions.he also helped in setup my account and installation of home Internet.He is very good knowledge about and he is very sincere in providing any support needed.i can say he is awesome in what he is doing definitely and recommend for others😀
