This is for your cowardly "building engineer" (I'd classify that as "maintenance" in a financial stmt) who parked near me while I waited to pick up a family member. He parked, got out, spit toward my car, then gave me a nasty smile that wasn't really a smile. I started filming him, and of course he acted all innocent. He couldn't leave it alone, though. He stalked me and returned, threatening to have me removed from the parking lot. Yes. He spit toward my car, acted all innocent, then threatened to have me kicked out all while I was completely minding my own business. By the way, since he's so sensitive about people in the parking lot, people have been parking overnight in your lot for a while. :) His license plate is going up on instagram next with a request for his wife to help him stop bothering women in public like that.

I used this software for a class I took in Combinatorial Optimization. It is a user friendly software and the tutorial makes it very easy to learn.
