Working with the Zenoti has been a really great experience! They have been flexible with their time throughout the setup process and how to we were able to work through our launch--during a busy holiday season! Our Implementation manager was great and helped us work through the data with a fine tooth comb as we transitioned from our old system. Some constructive feedback is that it would be helpful if Zenoti's team allowed for more time with the implementation team once launching. After go-live, they offer a 2-week window with daily check-ins and standby access with the implementation manager. It took some time using the new system to identify areas that required more attention or development. But what I would say is that while their structure may not be setup for the additional support, my Implementation manager Rakshith made/continues to make the effort to stay connected and follow through on open items. I highly recommend Zenoti for anyone looking for an EMR system that is with the times, user-friendly and robust.

We've had a great experience working with Zenoti. Anuja has been extremely supportive in the onboarding process with detailed training and weekly meetings within our first months of opening. She has helped to ensure we have a smooth introduction to their complex system and answers any questions we have about Zenoti. Rajat and Cameron on the backend have been very helpful in setting up and continuously updating our system to reflect the needs of our skin and wellness clinic. Zenoti offers a lot of training and live support which is super valuable for a business!

Zenoti has been a game changer for HEALTH + GLOW. We love the innovative features, functionalities and reporting it has to offer. The whole process from demo to signing up to implementation to onboarding and going live was well organized, communicated and executed precisely. A big thank you to Manish Modani (Project Manager), Prabhu Jogan (Product Specialist), Harish Boddupalli (Technical Project Manager) and Disha (Implementation Consultant) for always being accessible and guiding us throughout the process. Zenoti has many layers and capabilities which might seem complex at first but once you do the training sessions and start working with Zenoti in real time, it all comes together and you wish you had signed up with Zenoti earlier. The web capabilities, client booking options and AI features makes it seamless for both businesses and clients.

I have had an EXCELLENT experience with Zenoti and Krishna Ranjan. I can't say enough good things about him! It can be a very stressful time to be starting a business and we all want the best experience for our clients. Krishna is patient, helpful in teaching, and very accommodating to schedule onboarding appointments. I had a fitness business in Atlanta, GA for over 10 years and used mindbody because it was one of the only options-- as they grew over the years they drastically increased prices and their customer service drastically decreased. I am now starting an integrative medical practice that offers a variety of services including fitness and training. Krishna takes all of my feedback back to his team to implement what I need, or he's adds it to the list for future development. My top priorities with software are 1) ease of use and convenience for my clients/customers 2) customer service (for me), to a LIVE representative for help to add and continually make adjustments as I grow 3) software growth to support a medically robust business 4) cost - as a small business owner every penny counts during startup. Zenoti has delivered for me and I believe they will continue to make the changes that are custom to my business needs - and this is largely driven by Krishna's attention to detail and support. Aproova has also been very patient and supportive as I've had constraints that slowed by opening process - they have cheered me on! Thank you Aproova, Krishna, Karrie and Zenoti team! Zenoti - please give Krishna a raise!! $$$ I don't think he sleeps because he works so much :)
