In the world of mortgage CRMs, there are some consistent headaches - tedious onboarding, systems bloated with unnecessary features (aka somethings always broken or not working like it should), poor customer support, or ineffective marketing ---- Aidium has been a breath of fresh air - a clean, efficient platform, easy to understand navigation, make-sense set up and layout, and the onboarding team of Loretta Andres & Chris Coatney made getting everything set up fast, and seamless. I've tested, used, and onboarded several industry CRMs, and this setup was a great experience, and I enjoy using the platform in my day to day business.

While going through the research process for a CRM, I had the pleasure of working with Maranda S. She was knowledgable and honest. The product is very good and the support that she provided during discovery phase was invaluable. In the end Aidium was not a fit for us as some of our legacy systems would not integrate well. However, I look forward to staying in touch with Aidium as they do have a very good product and one day I anticipate being able to move over to their platform. If you need an honest evaluation of your company's needs from an expert in the field, you cannot go wrong with Maranda.

Aidium’s 24/7 support team has been exceptional throughout a challenging situation I recently faced with my database. A former contract employee accessed Aidium and sent an inappropriate email to my entire list. Despite the timing—late at night and over the weekend—Aidium’s team worked tirelessly to halt the unauthorized access. They not only assisted in preventing further damage but also helped me notify my database about the breach and provided ongoing support as I gathered information on the email's reach. Their around-the-clock assistance was invaluable, and I shudder to think of the potential damage had they not intervened.
