ABQ IT is the best. They set me up with a great backup solution. When my old computer went down due to old age they quickly assisted me in getting my new PC up and running. They were able to recover all of my files and get back in business. Thier managed IT set up my Firewalls, backups, VPN.... they got me covered!

I get all of my tech through ABQ IT. all of my refurbished laptops through them have been phenomenal. the customer service and kindness the owners have for their customers is some of the best I've seen. I broke a laptop I had purchased through them in the middle of my semester and they repaired it for free. I highly, highly recommend ABQ IT to anyone needing tech repair or refurbished tech.

If it were possible to give 10 stars I would. There is no better place in town to take your computer! I have brought my personal PC to these guys multiple times, and they fix it in no time. Our office needed 4 new computers and these guys made it a seamless transition for us. I have even called their IT support line directly and the guys that answer were able to help me quick and easy with my issue over the phone. There is no doubt these guys know what they are doing!

I bought a Dell Laptop i7 OS Linux Mint from ABQ-IT 2 years ago and it works great. Sam is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to explain all the details. I wanted to upgrade to Linux Mint 20.0 and took it into them to do the upgrade. Greg the owner and Sam the Vice President told me no problem. I took into them at 8am and it was completed by 3pm the same day. If you want a very reasonably priced computer, go see Greg and Sam.
