Choose the problem before the service label

- Name the workflow and the person responsible for it.
- List the data, software, approvals, and failure cases the work must handle.
- Ask what deliverable the planning range buys and what the proposal leaves out.
- Request evidence from a similar job and meet the people assigned to delivery.
- Define who owns, monitors, and maintains the system after launch.
