Terrible customer service. We have had Zendesk for over a year now. We previously requested the ability to cancel our Zendesk subscription, but we were changed for Zendesk a second time. It is impossible to get in touch with someone from Zendesk. Moreover, their service. It is terribly unintuitive and difficult to learn. We never received on-boarding support or help with getting this serve set-up for our company. It has been useless the past year, and I expect that it will be useless to us again.

I have been trying for over a month to get my account verified through Zendesk with Twilio for our SMS messaging. No real people to talk to over a phone or video chat. I have received very little support and am basically being told to keep resubmitting with little detail as to what they actually need from me. Unbelievable, we are paying a lot of money every month to be a customer with no support. I am grateful that I have real people that answer the phones at my company.

Iv lost more points than be counted unity is a known scam company your games do pay out and I'm grateful for that now the games I've got maybe 3 games left because you wouldn't credit my levels properly when the game doesn't credit you couldn't progress (30 days) deleted no instal credits now u basically went from average 250 points to download to ten and the games you can't accomplish the tasks Your stars will disappear soon the games are redirected from Google download this won't last long thank you for paying out you do have good games as well thing is reason for the last 2 weeks the games integrated with crap

I bought this to use and so far it has cost me more, so send me one that has all the parts and make sure they all work. 22.00 is a joke. This customer is not happy so this is the only way that you can make it right. I will be taking serious action. This is an insult! Why can't you people do what's right???
