We have been using XOi and appreciate its ability to organize information and help drive more success for our service team. Adam had been a great help in ironing out the wrinkles and their training videos are easy to follow. XOi support always responds quickly by email and follows up if there are unanswered questions.

The workflows that we have built in XOi has help our technical service team to become more simplify on how we communicate to our sales staff and contractors/dealers in the field. With the recommendations and follow-up by our service managers to the individuals involved, there’s very little finger pointing on who or what needs to take ownership to resolve the issues.

As of this moment I'm very dissatisfied with XOI I've been trying to get someone to call me for about 2 months, was told that someone would call and it never happened. As of today I feel they don't care as i see they have billed me once more. We never had any luck with the product and just want ed to see when our contract ended as we do not use it and I cant even get someone to tell me that. Very disappointed! I'm changing my review to a 4 star as i just got a call from Kiri VP of customer success and she promised me she will take care of this, I think she will. sadly she also mentions that someone in her office had talk to one of my employees and that employee didn't let me know. Thank you Kiri for being a stand up person and doing the right thing!!

App is great for customer trust and understanding. Also protects us as a company. The only issue I have is the android version takes way too long to upload videos. Tried XOI with my IPhone and uploads are instant, no waiting.

XOi Technologies is a very innovative company that allows us to streamline communication with our HVAC clients. The ability to easily create customized workflows and send videos and pictures to our clients with hyperlinks attached to their invoices is a game changer. I would encourage you to check them out if you want to make it easier for your clients to see what you see in the attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops.
