Judith and her team are absolutely amazing. Judith helped me every step of the way when we switched from E-Tapestry to Raiser's Edge NXT. The transition to a new system can present many challenges but knowing I had Judith an email or call away made it so much easier. She is a fountain of knowledge and despite my best efforts I haven't stumped her yet. She helped me set up queries and reports, went above and beyond with advanced formatting of excel files for imports, and she gives great tips to make daily work easier and more efficient. Beside her seemingly endless knowledge of Raiser's Edge, she is a wonderful person to work with. She always responds quickly, can squeeze me in if I have an urgent question, and has a warm and welcoming personality. I cannot recommend her enough!
