Great experience here at the ER! For context I have horrible hospital anxiety. I found myself at ease and even smiling and laughing with the medical team. The check-in was smooth and I only waited maybe 10 minutes before being taken to the back. The nurses were so sweet and friendly (especially Hailey) and the staff was funny and joking with my husband and I which made me feel relaxed and like I was in good hands. The doctor was excellent, honest, and walked me through the whole procedure before doing anything and I really appreciated that. He was very funny as well which made a very painful procedure as good as it could be. The nurses, Dr, and the CT team were wonderful. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to go to this hospital because it had the best reviews in comparison to the Jacksonville area and I am SO GLAD we did. They were amazing!

I had to visit the ER last night and was honestly dreading the experience, but it turned out to be one of the most positive medical encounters I’ve ever had. I was in and out in under an hour, which felt unbelievable. Kirsten, my nurse, was incredibly warm and welcoming from the start. She made me feel comfortable immediately and reassured me that I wasn’t silly or overreacting for coming in. That kindness alone meant so much in a stressful moment. Dr. Zachary Coburn was absolutely exceptional — truly a 1000000/10. He treated me with genuine respect, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure I felt calm and informed the entire time. His bedside manner was outstanding. What stood out most was how much he cared — he even gave me his direct number and told me to call overnight if I had any concerns, insisting I wouldn’t be bothering him. That level of dedication and compassion is rare. The entire ER team made what could have been a scary experience feel smooth, efficient, and supportive. I would trust Dr. Coburn with my life and cannot recommend this team enough.

I went to the StoneSprings ER in Virginia. Zero wait time, all staff - from reception to nurses (special shout out to Keary) to xray tech (thanks, Phil!) to doctor to bursar - extremely friendly and very good at their jobs. All areas were immaculately clean and I even had a proper room with a door - not a bed with curtains - and even a tv to keep me entertained. The charge was extremely reasonable: Most positive experience by far Ive ever had with an emergency visit

Went to CHI Memorial ER on New Years Day. I told them I had stroke symtoms 40 minutes prior to my arrival. I was immediately taken away while my wife registeted me. All personnel acted quickly yet calmly and did a great job of explaining where I was being taken and what I could expect. The communication was beyond excellent! After several tests I was taken to a private room. They then informed they wanted to stay overnight for further testing and observation. All personnel were VERY professional and courteous. Again, the communication at all times was clear and professional. Even the food was good, which was a real shocker. I cannot say enough good things about all of the caregivers I met at Memorial Hospital!!! GREAT JOB Folks!!!! And thank you for taking SUCH GOOD CARE of me. Steve Stetson ..

I had a great experience at Charles Regional Hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The nurses and doctors took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. The environment was clean, organized, and calm, which really helped ease any stress. You can truly tell that the staff here cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. I’m very grateful for the level of care I received and would absolutely recommend Charles Regional Hospital to anyone in the La Plata area looking for quality medical care.
