I hired this firm because they were family. I thought the owner would be the one doing the job but he didn’t . He contracted the work out to a ex cop whom I told that I didn’t think would be good for the job due to conflict of interest. The PI did a horrible job and just took my $1800. I called the owner to let him know of my dissatisfaction. Nothing was done to correct the issue or compensate me for my money. Now I am going to have to hire another PI firm.😡

I highly recommend Unity One. Our church used them for a security training class and it was excellent training. On a separate occasion, they did a thorough walk thru of our church building and provided us with some excellent ways to ensure better safety for our congregation. Thank you Walter. Walter is always very Professional and he is so knowledgeable in his field. I am amazed at some of the cases he has worked on. He is very responsive and great with follow up. He recently connected us with a colleague of his in Colorado, where we needed to find someone who owed us money from an incomplete project.
