These folks at TSAChoice were fantastic. We were moving our servers and technology to the cloud, and I expected a bumpy road, but their consultants were incredibly patient and clearly knew their stuff. They helped design the right solution, rolled it out with minimal hiccups, and then backed it up with truly phenomenal support afterward. If you want a partner who actually shows up and follows through, this is the team.

Our install team: Mike, Hunter, Tony & (Adrienne) Can not say enough about every single member of our install team. They worked out all the kinks we experienced with our previous phone system and then some. Top notch company with an extremely knowledgeable support team. You can't go wrong with TSA Choice.

Stay away!! We had a terrible experience with this company and we were given a run around for months while trying to get our Crestron system running. After months of trying to get their rep back out they then say the department was bought out by another company called National Network Services ( also terrible) it seems like the left-hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. No one knows what’s going on. No one knows how to fix anything. Don’t waste your time and call someone else. After almost 6 months they send out a rep that said he has no ideas how to use Crestron and was currently getting training. He said he was going to collect data from our system and put it on a USB and work on it at home and assured us he would get it up and running only to come back and say that he is no longer with the company as well this was after he mentioned bad blood with other employees who apparently quit the company during this transition. Today we finally called another company that knows what they’re doing and lo and behold. There is no such thing as taking data and putting it on a USB.. our experience has been terrible to the point that I don’t even know how to put it into words in this review

TSA Choice is truly an exceptional organization. I receive superlative service again and again! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and quick to resolve questions and technical issues. I know that this is a 'work hard and play hard' employee friendly environment. What better way to ultimately benefit the customer and create a thriving sustainable organization!
