In a vulture society where money is the only object these guys seem to just love people and love what they do. John and his team returned my call quickly and then patiently listened as I began to explain my rare issue with a no rush attitude. I have talked with just about every other IT server infrastructure management company all over the United States including Dell the manufacturer of the product these guys found my solution in a split second. I'm back up and running and from one business too another Thank you.

The service from Thin-nology is top-notch. We've been hosting a number of servers with them for the past 6 months. I am in another state and initially had some configuration problems on my equipment; their on-site techs worked with me until my issues were solved. Most importantly the Thin-nology team is very easy to contact and quick to respond when I have a question or need some hands-on support. A solid 5-star company.

I had a GREAT experience with Thin-noglogy. I used their colocation services to host my miners back in in August 2018. My partner flew out to their colocation to check out their facility and staff before using their services. Overall, they keep an organized and trustworthy operation. Jeff, my tech rep, was very helpful, communicative, and extremely responsive. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency I unfortunately had to stop my business with them, however I would recommend them to anyone looking to host their miners.
