I can't say enough great things about this team at The Nerd Stuff! As my business has grown over the years, we have had to get IT support for various things. This is the only IT team we have encountered that did not make us feel like we were dumb or too small to bother with. They take the time to explain things in terms that make sense so you know what you are paying for and why. That has been key to knowing we have finally found the right team of support! They are friendly, thorough, responsive and always show up on time. Thanks, Brent and team! We are so happy we found you!

I have been in 4 times in the last year with various issues. Every time I am very pleased with the service. Friendly people with knowledge and fast fixes on my problems. This is the place to go if you have a digital issue or computer giving you trouble.

Disappointed with their service. They were eager to help my business at first... but after helping once they then never finished the job, never returned my phone calls and emails and I was ghosted. But sent a bill... unprofessional. Unfortunately I would not recommend to small businesses with issues.

I have worked with the NerdStuff staff on many occasions for various problems I’ve had over the last two years. I have found every staff person knowledgeable and. helpful. They are very patient with seniors. Their “people skills” are excellent —-which is often unusual for tech folks. You won’t be disappointed when you use their services.

Had my hard drive updated to windows 11, my pc wasn't able to do it.. Great Service that was 3 months ago, and flawless great working condition!
