Dropped into Company Lab wanting help on my first business plan, so I could apply for loans to buy a business. Person 1 was super friendly and told me to schedule a meeting with person 2, who specialized in business plans. After emailing person 2 multiple times and trying to schedule a meeting, they never got back with me. I called the office several times (no direct line to anyone; operator just says "I'll tell them you called"). I waited a while and went elsewhere for help. By the time I found someone else to help me, the business I wanted to buy got purchased by someone else. Company Lab throws a nice business pitch event that connects people to investors, but if you're looking for help with business plans, forget it. Don't waste your time.
