The first and the only place I have truly loved working at. Despite having corporate experience in huge companies, including a multinational company that was ranked number five in the best places to work at, I still loved working at Techstra more than I loved working there. The work was exciting innovative. The entire team was extremely professional. I had the guidance, support, freedom, respect everything I needed to fulfill my functions. Jennifer is also one of the best human beings I know because even after I quit, she cared about my professional growth, kept in touch, she will always be a friend and a mentor forever. Highly recommend!

I worked here for 4.5 years in total. I brought some technical skills to the job when I joined from my academic and prior professional background then learned a lot during my time with the company and had the opportunity to work on a myriad of projects requiring various technical skills such as Java, Python, Azure Cloud, MongoDB, SQL Server, Tableau, and containerization using Docker. I also got certified in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) then built a few POCs for potential customers and the public sector. Several projects maintained a focus on data, machine learning, business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Lack of professionalism. Was contacted for a role, Logan Hunt, the recruiter did a really poor job of following through with updates regarding the opportunity. Not sure this is an actual substantial company. Poor mismanagement and communication amongst their own employees and also with the candidates they reach out to.
