Technowledge is our IT department! In the past, we had dedicated staff that managed our IT resources, then it was knowledgeable coworkers that would help manage email accounts, software installs, and hardware repairs. But as the complexity of our systems increase, it became apparent that we needed support from IT professionals. We value Technowledge's expertise and responsiveness. Having been with Technowledge for several years, we've come to rely on them to manage our network, back up our data, and make recommendations for improvements to our IT equipment, security, availability, and reliability.

Great IT company as they can handle every technological situation that may arise. We made the switch to them 5 years ago and could not have been happier. They manage all 10 of our managers workstations, as well as our onsite server and our cloud back up for our entire company. The owner Rick, is readily available should there be any issues that arise in the day-to-day work environment. I would highly recommend this company to any entity considering an upgrade in their IT needs.
