I engaged Technology Solutions, LLC to rebuild a wired/ wireless network and add access controls to our newly acquired office space. The crew was amazing. They worked in tandem with the construction crew responsible for the tenant improvements all while coming in under budget. The work was professional, and our network is now amazing. I recently had Technology Solutions come out to install a six-camera system at my business, and I’m beyond impressed. Charles sat down with me beforehand and walked me through a bunch of options at different price points, making sure we found the right fit for my space and budget. The install was smooth as can be—they knocked it all out in one afternoon! They hid all the cables perfectly, and the whole setup looks super clean and professional. What really set them apart was how helpful they were afterward. The team got everything hooked up to the internet, programmed the cameras, and took the time to train me on how to use the system. They didn’t leave until I was completely comfortable with it. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough for such an awesome job from start to finish. o my, where do I start. Lets go back where it all began. I believe it was back in October 2024. I began by calling Doug and wouldn't you it his was out Elk hunting and was unable to help me. He than passed it on to Jeremy to see what I needed. Be leave it or not he was amazing. Yes amazing he was able to walk me though the problem I was having with what they called a MAGLOCK. Yes believe me, instead of charge me to drive an hour and a half plus there labor we did it all over the phone. Than in January I had another issue with the same door and yes again I talked to Jeremy and we tried to fix it over the phone, but no luck. Believe or not I did get to meet Doug and Jeremy in person. They where able to check out the problem and determined I needed a new Maglock. These guys are all AMAZING and I will keeps them all on speed dial.
