Since covid, our audio-visual system seemed terribly cumbersome, outdated and expensive. We were looking for someone other than a vendor to advise us, and our real estate broker recommended TechKnowledge. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. The upgrades were less expensive than we expected , and we now have simple to use, consistently reliable collaboration spaces.

We were concerned security at our corporate headquarters was no longer appropriate in the face of a rising crime rate. The folks at TechKnowledge found ways to substantially enhance our security yet preserve our expensive investments in existing systems. Really saved us a ton of money, but we got the outcome we needed. Impressive!

TechKnowledge was the only project team member who delivered our corporate relocation on time and within budget... EVERY other trade was late and terribly over budget. The TechKnowledge team is impressive!

A lot of companies claim to be ‘experts,’ but the TechKnowledge team is the real deal. These folks are truly subject matter experts. Their wireless network design is bulletproof, the audio/visual deployment is impressive but affordable, and we were most impressed with their contact center optimization—their recommendations significantly increased our call handling capacity with no change in headcount. And all of this was coordinated with construction of a new office which we occupied with zero downtime. Really impressive!

We used TechKnowledge as a consultant through our architect Gensler for the design of our conference rooms and Town hall spaces. They worked with us and our general contractor to design intuitive spaces for our employees. I have received nothing but good feed back from the users of the spaces. I would recommend them as they are very good at design and helping to resolve design vs build issues.
