I have worked with Tech Guides for many years! All along, we have experienced excellent customer service in a very timely manner. A recent interaction required a non-technical explanation to something I did not understand. Chris was prompt and explained the situation completely.

I've never had an issue with any employee or any work that they have done. TechGuides is a first rate IT company! Their techs have the patience of a saint and are highly intelligent and competent.

Entrepreneur Works could not operate without the professionalism, expertise, and response time that TechGuides provides us. ESPECIALLY since our staff went to a hybrid work schedule during and after the pandemic, TG has been a lifeline to us. The security micro-training that they have provided has prevented a great number of bad actors from digitally infiltrating our systems. I recommend them to any organization requiring technical services. 10 out of 10. (Additionally, they are lovely people to work with.)

Requested help on 6/11/2017 for a faulty Access Point installed by Tech Guides/Painless Technology. Well there customer service is hardly Painless. Today, 6/17/2018, about 5 weeks later I was told the following: “I apologize for the delay. Due to our high volume of contract clients, we have not had any openings in the schedule for a visit to your site. We will work on finding a date in the coming weeks for a technician to visit your location. Prior to the visit we will need to put a credit card on file to cover the site visit, which will be charged the day of the visit. I will keep you posted as to available dates for a visit as the schedule becomes more clear. Please let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to answer them for you.” I installed a very very expensive system at my small business through this company 2 years ago and now they won’t service their system...don’t use Tech Guides...
