Techfusion Digital Forensics & Data Recovery

Called 3 different times and sent three different emails. What type of company states 24/7 customer service and is unable to pick up a phone call or respond to an email.

I was referred to TechFusion by a cybersecurity analyst when I needed urgent data forensics on a phone related to a very serious situation. When I first spoke to Alfred, he was extremely responsive and confident. He cited 38 years in business with a turnaround time of 1 to 2 weeks. Based on that assurance, I moved forward and paid $2,500. Unfortunately, after that initial call, the communication was absolutely terrible. I was constantly checking in asking what was going on with very delayed responses. It’s now been over 5 weeks. For a $2,500 service, I expected better clarity, follow-up, and professionalism. If you’re considering TechFusion for sensitive or time-sensitive digital forensic work, I’d advise asking very clear questions about expectations and timelines before proceeding. I recently lost all my data, and photos, and hadn't backed up information in about a year. I panicked right away because I had recent photos from my vacation that I thought I would never see again.
