Secondly, I called him to help me purchase a home computer and he took time to research and email me a purchase recommendation, which I gladly went forward with, with no hesitation. Mark's help relieved my immense stress and doubt due to my lack of computer specifications and knowledge on what to purchase. Seniors & people with disabilities: Tech Relief is absolutely the place to call for help and support with changes and challenges of aging or disability. We received timely, clear, and effective help from Mark with connecting a wireless keyboard and mouse to an iPad and casting the iPad to our TV. Given our significant mobility impairments, our call to TR will be for help to make our home “smarter” and our lives easier with voice-controlled technology.
