TeamLogic IT

Our company recently transitioned away from TeamLogic Madison and to a better suited TeamLogic branch after nearly five years of partnership. We have over 60 users and more than 200 endpoints that their team was responsible for managing. TeamLogic Madison can be a decent option for smaller organizations with basic IT needs. However, in our experience, they are not well-equipped to support larger companies with more complex infrastructures, especially when multiple users are affected by issues simultaneously. On multiple occasions, multiple employees were unable to work for hours at a time. Jeremy was always very responsive and personally involved with his clients, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, while he and his team were quick to answer calls, it often took hours to reach a resolution, and many times, the issues were only partially resolved. After we gave notice that we were transitioning to a different TeamLogic branch, the tone of the relationship changed noticeably. Jeremy began charging extra fees for tasks that were previously included and made the transition unnecessarily difficult. After the switch was complete, our servers have been much more reliable and we are very happy with the virtual desktop solution. We also found inconsistencies in our Microsoft “Pass Through Billing” charges that due not align with our new bills even though all the servers are the same. We also had an issue where we needed to retrieve some backup data during the transistion and found out that server was not being backed up which caused us to loose some data. Before our transition experience, I would have recommended Jeremy for smaller businesses with simple setups. However, after everything we encountered during and after the transition, I unfortunately can no longer recommend his services and highly recommend looking into the other Teamlogic branches in the area including the Germantown branch who helped us a few times when Jeremy's team could not solve the problem.

Team Logic IT helped us upgrade install equipment so we could have high speed Internet at camp by providing. We also purchased two laptops from Team Logic IT and they cleaned it up for us by getting rid of the junk software that we didn't need. We also needed their help setting up our POS networking system.
