TCG Network Services - Boston IT Support, Managed IT Services & IT Consulting

Our office have used TCG for IT-related services for 20 years. Whenever we have a question or issue, they provide responsive support to keep our office operation going. Recently, they also helped upgrade our Wi-Fi and Server capabilities. Overall, TCG is dependable, reliable, and knowledgeable. We are pleased to have TCG for our IT support.

Our Company, Hanlon Sheet Metal, just used TCG to purchase, install, and setup a new server. They were able to examine our needs as a company and supply us with multiple server options at a few different price points. Once we decided on what would work best for our company, TCG purchased all the equipment and had it shipped directly to our location. We informed TCG when all the pieces of equipment had arrived and two days later they sent a tech out to complete the project. The tech arrived on time and was very respectful of our current office procedures. The tech, Brian, spent 3 days setting up the server, getting it operational, connecting all our systems, moving programs and licensing applications to the server. Brian did not leave until every one was satisfied with their machines and how they interact with the server. He set up printing and scanning on all our machines to our different printers, scanners and plotter. It would be my recommendation and the recommendation of my company, Hanlon Sheet Metal, to use TCG if you need help with networking and general office computer setup.
