I attended a Tacit Growth Strategies presentation last month at an Alamo Project Management Institute meeting where I learned how to apply Project Management principles to grant writing. This topic was incredibly relevant to me as I recently started a new fundraising position at a non-profit, but have no experience in writing grants. The presentation was well organized, informative, and made clear what I should and shouldn't do in the grant writing process. After the presentation, I felt much more empowered and knowledgeable than before.
