Had to end a contract after it became clear the nonprofit was in a difficult financial position and struggling to fundraise. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner’s wife called and aggressively yelled and threatened me. They later yelled at my board chair and filed legal claims. This was a nonprofit community theatre and they added stress to an already difficult situation.
