WORST SOFTWARE I'VE USED! FRAUD! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I was suckered into their $99/month $1,200/year bs. Received my credit card bill of $2100. They don't bother to say if the cost is usd or cad?! Their customer service deals with you only when you book time on the calendar min. the next day, otherwise its your problem. (photos below) The desktop software doesn't sync with your tablet or phone, causing you to waste more time looking unprofessional in front of your clients. I waste more time fixing their f ups than properly inspecting. You have to take 3 days off work to learn the software, they arrange times that best suit them not you. They leave the appointment early because "other clients" When I pay an outrageous price, shouldn't I get customer service when needed or a software that saves me time & $$?? I love to waste time & money, instead of spending my time with my wife & 2 children. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST!

After trying a couple other inspection software companies we settled on Spectora. It's been a great decision. We're still building our template but report writing is faster and easier already. definitely recommend it.

5 years with Spectora and I'm finally done. Over the last few months the Software went from pretty functional with room for optimization to at a minimum one bug or non functioning item per day. This software was a cornerstone of my business but It's no longer holding up its weight and it's time to move on. If you get a human for support and not their incredibly frustrating AI bot they will continue to message you as if you are sitting at your computer and not out in the field doing a home inspection. In the most recent 5+ conversations I've had with their support they have told me why their software or that one particular item isn't working based on what their dev team says. Do I care why it is not working? Nope. Do I expect basic functionality in the software I pay around $1,000 a year for? Sure do. Yesterday I tried to generate a inspection report template for a home inspection and when I opened it everything was blank. I don't even have the energy to deal with their staff to try and figure out why that was case. In regards to a completely different issue I'd been dealing with having picture not loading I also mentioned how the "Generate Report" screen is taking 20-30+ seconds now compared the the almost instantaneous report generation of the past. This is a direct quote from an interaction with their support staff earlier today. "Gotcha, the load screen. I also have noticed it takes some time to load. Unfortunately, I do not have a good explanation or excuse for that, but it's something I certainly have noticed too; it can take some time." No indication of working to fix it, just an acknowledgement that they indeed did notice the issue. This never used to happen. 95% of the issues I have popping up lately are things that never used to happen. I am at my wits end dealing with support and devs trying to troubleshoot all the items. I don't have an additional 30+ minutes a day to help work through the technical issues from this software. If you want me to be a Beta Tester then pay me to be a beta tester.

I have asked them repeatedly to stop trying to accept payment from my clients and I cannot find a way to opt out out of it. Their explanation is that I was auto enrolled, and even after telling them explicitly, I do not want them excepting money from my clients. I still cannot find a way to opt out and I have to schedule a call for days from now at an exact time to speak with someone. They actually collected part of a bill and showed my client a paid invoice and I then had to collect from them and the rest from a less than happy client. I am still dealing with them doing this. What kind of company is this?
