Very unprofessional, they tried to bill us hidden fees and when we cought them they threatened to report to collections and when we replace them with new IT services, they gave us all kind of trouble from internet interruptions to non cooperation. Stay away from them.

Having had a few bad experiences with other tech companies in the past, I have to say that working with SMS Datacenter for our managed IT services and hosting has been a real pleasure. They always send me reports and updates so I know that things are getting done. And if I want to talk to someone in person, I never have any problems reaching my rep or my Engineer at the office. They do a great job.
