Smart System recently completed a full rebuild of the audio-visual system in our large conference room, and the results have been outstanding. The previous VGA-based setup was upgraded to HDMI, and the enhancements have significantly improved the room’s functionality and user experience. They added Bluetooth capabilities, a 20-microphone conference system, new monitors, new speakers, and an in-room Wi-Fi system. The cabling was upgraded, and new touch panels and wall plates installed. Online streaming runs much more smoothly. The room can also be configured as two separate spaces or as one combined space, and the transition between modes is seamless. Both audio and video quality are exceptional. While we experienced a few glitches early on, the Smart System team worked diligently over several weeks to resolve every issue. I was especially impressed with their service and the management team and technicians’ positive, professional attitudes. They were helpful, communicative, and included us in every step of the process. For me, that level of service was both refreshing and greatly appreciated.

I have used Smart Systems for years. This week, I upgraded to a newer system and am very pleased at the tutorials that techs Trevor and Ron gave me when the installation was done. Their knowledge, cleanliness and respect for this non tech savvy senior and my home is a common courtesy that I expect and will keep me with their company for years to come.

Smart Systems did an incredible job updating all our electronics & making it so easy to operate now. (Internet, TV, Sonos, Netflix, Apple TV, etc. all in a partnership). John & Trevor provided good old fashion customer service. They showed up when promised, absolutely knew their profession & didn’t leave until we were comfortable with our new system.
