The customer service is terrific. They even have assisted me after regular working hours. Important for 24/7 Real Estate agents. They are periodically upgrading features. My only whine is that they do not have an Android mobile app. Just IOS.
ALWAYS glitching and constant issues for over a decade. We are a transaction coordination service for agents and consistently do 300+ files each year. I would NEVER recommend this system to ANY BROKER or agent. Run before it's too late. They have ads in their platform which is super annoying. They are never prepared for changes or growth and take weeks or months to resolve anything if the issues are ever resolved. We have been emailing and calling with no response for over a month to resolve eSignings not linking to files. The eSignings are constantly go to spam/ junk mail for clients. The cache issues with for PC uses have been an issue for over a decade. It requires SOO much duplicate entry between their platforms. You cannot remove contacts once entered incorrectly from their system. The outages are unreal. Form updates clear clauses and templates. When they finally get good techs and programmers they never stay. Overall, terrible customer service and a not reliable! I wish they would just listen and USE the feedback 😔
I love how clean SkySlope looks, but the last month or so it has gone downhill. DigiSign is always glitching. Just yesterday I sent out 2 envelopes, which the clients signed, and it shows "Completed," yet it does not get returned to me, and it freezes when I click "download envelope." I asked Chat Support why that is, and they said the file is too big. Well, I had no problems uploading the documents into it... how is it changing sizes while out for signatures? Just frustrating overall. I had to physically call one time for technical support and they sounded annoyed that I even called.
I cannot even begin to explain how unprofessional and awful this company is. I cancelled my membership in October of 2024, and they charged me in October of 2025 for a year’s subscription when I don’t have an account. It is now January of 2026, and I have been repeatedly asking them to please refund me now for 2 months and to show that my account is cancelled for absolute confirmation. They will not answer me, or they brush me off onto somebody else, and then disregard my messages. DO NOTUSE THEM.
It is not intuitive, way too many steps. I don’t think the creators of sky slope are familiar with real estate transactions. Forced to use it at my brokerage. I feel like I go on a scavenger hunt every time I use it.
