We partnered with Six Feet Up to redesign our Excel-based academic program review process into a modern, intuitive web application. From the start, their team was collaborative, thoughtful, and responsive — guiding us through everything from requirements gathering to development. The new system replaced shared spreadsheets with a secure, cloud-native platform featuring real-time dashboards, automated program flagging, and role-based access. The feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive — it’s easier to use, more reliable, and far more impactful.

We hired Six Feet Up to help us set up a Kubernetes environment integrated with Plone and various services, including Elasticsearch. They were tasked with creating a system with backup and monitoring capabilities that would eliminate the need to hire a full-time system engineer. Their technical expertise and project management were exceptional—despite being a small client, they made sure we stayed on track by proactively following up and keeping us informed. The project was delivered on time, and the system is already being used daily by 30-80 users.
