Seitel Systems, LLC took over as IT consultants for the City of Milton, WA in January of 2010. Their initial work included overall system assessment & inventory, followed by a comprehensive report of recommendations and suggested solutions. For a city not having their own IT department, Seitel provided the knowledge and expertise needed to not only protect the city's data, but whenever anything went wrong they had us up-and-running with as little down-time as possible. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly and responsive to our needs. It was only due to budget constraints and the opportunity to combine services with a neighboring municipality that the city ended its contract with Seitel during 2012. In the future, If/when the city decides to seek other IT solutions, Seitel will definitely be offered the opportunity to provide their services.
