For anyone looking into this software, here’s what you need to know: the sales process is horrible. The salesperson will tell you whatever is necessary to close the deal, but once the contract is signed, they disappear. More importantly, what they don’t make clear is that you must be approved by Twilio in order to actually use the product. That critical detail should have been disclosed upfront. The only reason I didn’t cancel immediately was because of the support team—Megan and Nora deserve recognition. They worked hard to clean up the false promises made during the sales process and got me up and running. Without them, I would have walked away. Now that I finally started using the software (today was my first day), I have to admit it’s great. No issues with the product itself—my only issue is with the sales team. They don’t care about you after the sale. My salesperson went from calling me every single day before I signed, to completely ghosting me once a problem came up—even when copied on dozens of emails. In summary: • Product: Excellent so far. • Support: Outstanding (thank you, Megan and Nora). • Sales Team: Dishonest, unresponsive, and damaging to the company’s reputation. If Sales AI could fix the way their salespeople operate, they’d have a near-perfect product experience.

WARNING: have your attorney read their work order (or ChatGPT for gotchas) it references an undisclosed document “Master agreement”. Very expensive with sleight of hand type wording in the “work order”.These documents are nasty business practices. Sales guy sold us on its ability to create leads. After zero real leads generated, they stated this is not for lead generation and they were going thru “a software revamp”.
