Roan Solutions is the external IT support team for my company, and they are a fantastic partner. They are quick to respond, whether it’s a routine request or a last-minute issue, and get things done efficiently. Gio has been especially helpful and knowledgeable, even with some unusual or complex situations that require extra digging. On top of that, he is respectful, easy to work with, and always willing to explain things in a way that makes sense - no matter how simple or technical the issue. I hear this consistently from our team. I really appreciate the support they provide!
