I found Responsive Technology Partners almost 4 years ago when I was opening my own business and needed a company to work with for my technology needs. Will Lundy was wonderful to work with in terms of picking out equipment and deciding what services they offered best suited my needs. His prompt replies and friendly demeanor won me over. Since then, I've had a service contract with them, and I use them regularly whenever I have problems. My cases usually get assigned to Bruce Lyttle, and he is always quick to fit me in his schedule and diligent in fixing my problem. I would highly recommend them to others!

Had a complete system shut down for our restaurant on a Friday afternoon and Responsive was right there in an hour to trouble shoot, find our issue and get us back online before our dinner rush. Incredible great service and wonderful representatives and techs to work with. They were nice to work with, but they weren't clear on costs and I felt like I was led on to believe my repair was going to be cheaper than it actually was.
