Relogic scanned a pedal box out of a car for me as I was trying to modify it for a project. They had a fast turn around time and delivered a STL file that I was successfully able to implement into my design. Incredibly good people that work there and they are very easy to deal with. To evaluate the thermal performance of an ablative material, we exposed several small test panels to rocket engine exhaust flow. This resulted in the deformation of the panel surfaces, and we needed surface mapping data to generate the deformation profiles and quantify the material performance. We were unfamiliar about the specifics of optical 3D scanning and photogrammetry, so when we approached ReLogic, the first thing they did was invite us to see their lab and present their equipment, techniques, and processes. They took the time to answer all our questions, and it was immediately apparent they were knowledgeable about our application, which facilitated and sped up initial interactions to define the scope of work and deliverables. They even did a free, end-to-end analysis on one of our samples to ensure the data generated would work for us. They offered us a very reasonable quote, which, combined with their technical expertise and genuine care about our needs and expectations, made it clear they were the right choice for this job. One aspect we really appreciated is that our direct point of contact at ReLogic was the engineer performing the work, and not an intermediary customer account manager.
