Rankin Automation

Been working with Rankin Automation for years and they have helped me with a number of sensor and pneumatic projects in the past. Recently gave them a shot at some control panels and was happy with the results.

I ordered a 32-port Festo Ethernet/IP valve manifold. It arrived non-functional and needed to be replaced. I was patient at first, but during the return/exchange process, the salesman became belligerent and accused me of not returning the bad unit. He eventually realized that he made a mistake but not so much as an apology for the whole ordeal. Unprofessional service. The new Festo block worked great, however!

I agree with the below account of one of their drivers. Unsure if it's the same one however he tried to cause an accident with me on 1/18/22 at 10:40am. He was tailgating and when he went around tried to check his brakes while driving alongside a tractor trailer. He drove erratically down the turnpike and 476 speeding, weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating multiple cars. He's definitely going to cause himself or someone else serious harm.

Do NOT use this company! On 4.5.2021 one of their employees was driving so fast and dangerously on the turnpike at 6:45am they almost killed someone. Do NOT use them! This dangerous employees lack of concern about others speaks volumes about the company.

I have been purchasing from this company for 11 years. Charlene and the rest of the sales team are wonderful. I highly recommend them!
