Purchased an invisible fence through them. Worked great for 2 and a half years suddenly there’s a break in the line and it costs half the amount of the whole installation to even have them come out to look at it. It’s a break in a copper wire how is that 200 minimum to even look more if they do any work. My dog does not dig so odds are it’s faulty materials. Was happy until this would never have bought if I knew repairs were this much. All in the name of steering you to their 300 plus dollar maintenance subscription.

They need a packaging engineer. Their products are so poorly packaged. Why are 20 silica packets included for a product that is for pets just randomly placed in the box and spill everywhere. Everything is quadruple taped so no reason. Product quality is terrible. They are charging a high amount for something that won’t last a year. Do not recommend any product from this company

I love coming to this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have great products for family members. The customer service is the best anywhere.
