Pulse Automation was excellent to work with on all of our audio/video/tv and home security options for our new build. It was a one stop shop for everything we needed and more. Rene and his team were super detail oriented, always willing to talk through how something worked and ensure it met the need, and did great work from start to finish. I worked with Rene and team on our new home. I am an IT professional and I was very demanding in that I wanted our system to work in my Apple ecosystem. Rene was a great listener and very attentive to what I wanted. When things didn’t work as anticipated, we worked together to find a solution that would work including swapping out some technology. He did everything he could do to make things right, including coming back to our house at a later date. He installed very new technology for me on the security side, multiple dimmer switches, Starlink on the roof, and hung all our TVs on the wall and set them all up for us. He and his team were very professional on every visit and I was able to keep an open line of discussion over text with him. Extremely flexible and very knowledgeable. I have already referred him to friends of mine who have seen his work up close
