I just wanted to take a minute to send a HUGE thank you to you all! In the last 2 days, 11 old machines will have been offboarded from monitoring software. We discovered our email and Facebook were hacked on a Saturday evening. We reached out to Propersky (we’ve been clients of theirs for many years) and promptly heard back. We were walked through the crucial issues to immediately address. How to do so and potential obstacles were explained in detail and we were told do not hesitate to reach out again at any time if needed. Received a check-in call Sunday morning to see how things were going (all good) and firm up the plan to address potential remaining issues. After our Monday call our accounts were recovered and secured, all systems scanned and assessed, and a plan put in place to minimize future risk.
