Make sure you are very clear on expectations and you do some due diligence on what you want the equipment to do before purchasing. The owner and his son sold us equipment that was not right for the job even after we had them inhouse to see the process. It seems like things have changed for the better with the sales crew. Had some issues early on with customer service. They were not much help and didn't seem to care. Finally was able to connect with someone that actually tried to help and was able to get things right for us. Thanks Cameron
