We've worked with Pixel since 2020 when we launched our small business in the middle of a pandemic. They have been one of the best vendors we've ever worked with. The team is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Working with them has led to lots of improved systems and great deals on a lot of the software we use. It's great peace of mind to know we have Pixel in our corner if any tech issues come up. For what you get working with them it's a fantastic value. They've also introduced us to other vendors who have been wonderful for our business. Would HIGHLY recommend working with Pixel if you have the opportunity.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pixel many times across shared customers, and I am always happy to recommend them. Being a managed IT provider is hard, especially in a remote landscape, and finding a good managed IT provider is even harder. Throughout my time as a consultant I’ve worked with many different managed IT providers and none have compared to the services Pixel provides. Vlad and Rob are also great to work with and bring innovative ideas to hard problems.

We transitioned to Pixel Machinery as our Managed Service Provider about 6 years ago after being constantly frustrated by the service we had been receiving. Pixel provided guidance on both selection and implementation of a modern cloud based IT stack (in our case, google workspace, zoom, box, okta for SSO, etc), and continue to provide strong helpdesk support to our full team. They are responsive to both big picture questions and troubleshooting the little but painful annoyances that crop up. They do a great job managing both our hardware and software. Highly recommended!
