I have left a voicemail for several different staff members, to do a complaint on these employees in the picture. Also, to discuss my watch, with no return calls yet. This NN Social Security office REALLY needs to get better security officers. They walked up on me, claiming I was being rude when I provided the same energy they gave me. I had a call on speaker. Which I informed them, I would take off after I signed in. The one with the mace in his hand, walked up on me, and threatened to spray me with mace. For what, having a call on speaker I was going to take off, providing the same energy I was provided in communication, etc. I need someone from this office to make their unjust behavior valid. Also, discuss my watch. Pictures of the security guards vehicles that worked at this office today, and were VERY unprofessional. The short African American dude, hiding behind the tall dude had the most unnecessary mouth, smh!

My wife and I were at the Social Security Administration building off of Herbert Lake Drive in Norfolk yesterday. We were made to wait in line outside of the building in over 90 degree heat along with a bunch of other people waiting as well. My wife went to the car and got our umbrella to provide shade from the sun. Then my wife suggested that I go under the overhang where there was plenty of shade. One of the security guards came out and was very nasty to me saying I was cutting the line and blocking the entrance but that he would give me 2 minutes in the shade. I guess now would be a good time to reveal that I am a quadriplegic from a spinal cord injury and if I get overheated I can go into Autonomic Dysreflexia. AD is a very dangerous thing because it causes your blood pressure to go sky high and can lead to stroke like symptoms and death. Then 2 other security guards came out about 30 seconds after the first, just as rude and nasty. My wife and I tried to explain to them what my condition was but not 1 of them wanted to listen. They were rude, uncaring, very confrontational and unkind. It is a shame that handicap people get treated like this.

Had a meeting at social security office in Norfolk had a guy in lobby cussing and cutting up talk to security and he told me if I was uncomfortable I could leave WOW I had a appointment they have to do better

Young lady working the security desk REPRESENTING Paragon Service was a DIFFERENT LEVEL of Rudeness Unprofessionalism Called my daughter Bro seem to be COMPLETELY incompetent!Lacked social skills required when dealing with the public problem solving and or answering BASIC questions.I have NEVER witnessed such unfortunate unacceptable behavior by a person in uniform EVER!The worse part about the entire situation was her CONFIDENCE in displaying such inadequate troublesome disgusting lack of empathy for REAL BUSINESS AFFAIRS at the local Social Security Office!If this is what’s to look forward to from someone who is suppose to protect guide and aid it’s EXTREMELY UNFORTUNATE and DISAPPOINTING to say the least!!!

Complete lack of professionalism and employment of aggressive guards
