the pape in sumner wa. sucks i ordered two carburators for stihl weed trimmer i waited two months contacting them every couple weeks all they would tell me is we will call when we receive it well after two months i was done waiting i canceled my order for refund i spent $113.00 its been 15 work days since i canceled my order and still haven't received my money back i paid cash they are ignorant employees he had my id right in front of him and he spelt my last name wrong after a month and a half i went to the buissness and change my phone number got a knew phone one of the employees got on the computer and said he change everything i told him about my last name being spelt wrong he just said thats fine so when i canceled another guy gave me an invoice to receive a check from corperate i then told him about my last name he copied it off my driver's licsence then told me it's change well when i got home i was looking at the refund invoice and it has my first phone # for contact # so i am pissed i will never order thru a pape's machinery company ever agian

The Papé group has poured money into meddling with Oregon elections promoting candidates who would put the interests of their business before the citizens of the state. At Papé Group they clearly believe money can buy power.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Kenworth 880 should have never been built Poor workmanship & quality
