In April of last year, because my old printer was several years old, I decided to buy a new one from this company, and everything was fine. They insisted that I take out a maintenance contract, but since I don't use the machine very much, I considered it an unnecessary monthly expense. It turns out that in November, while making a single copy, a strange code appeared on my screen. I couldn't fix it by simply turning the printer off and on. I called the service department, and the result was that I needed to replace two circuit boards, including the motherboard, at a cost of approximately $2,000! I tried to speak with a representative to ask for some kind of assistance, since my printer was only seven months old at that point, and the warranty had already expired! No one wanted to talk to me when I explained my problem. To this day, more than two months later, my printer is still not working, a over 5K investment wasted. It's truly a shame that they don't take the time to help their customers simply because I didn't want to enroll in their maintenance program. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, and I want to clarify that I'm not one to leave negative reviews for businesses, as I run my own printing business, and I simply don't think this is fair. Thank you.

This company is a scam. Their CEO was removed earlier this year due to sexual abuse in the work place. We have worked with them for over ten years now and when we moved into our second 5 year contract with them the service and the charges became a nightmare overnight. First of all, as a customer, you will be charged both a service fee and separately a materials fee. Make sure you check you # of copies as our office has been fraudulently charged overages that have been expensive and now the company won't deal with in this incorrect situation and are refusing to correct it. Their servicing also worsened a little over two years ago - as in became non existent - during the same timing that the CEO began to be prosecuted for his offenses against several employees. While I deeply feel for the workers who were surviving this nightmare situation, it has obviously taken a huge toll on customer service and even the company's obvious need to generate funds however they can. Seriously sick to our stomach over dealing with them the past 2+ years. If you want to see more review like this look them up on Yelp and see how much others have been struggling with them as well. Such a sad demise.

Erika H. and the rest of the team there have provided such consistent, positive and thorough service we have since added security cameras and recently a phone system. No company is perfect, POA and Erika handle issues quickly and with a positive attitude. I know that I don't have to worry about any of my services with them.
