I’ve been working with Pacific Automation for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough. I recently purchased a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-6600 printer from them, and the entire experience was flawless. The printer was delivered exactly as promised, and they even provided complimentary training, which was incredibly helpful. Ryan Eades, the Field Sales Manager, is by far the best sales professional I’ve ever worked with. He managed every part of the process with absolute precision and care, ensuring everything went smoothly. Ryan consistently goes the extra mile for his clients, making sure all needs are met and expectations exceeded. I’m looking forward to doing more business with Pacific Automation in the future. A very unsatisfactory customer service company. They are only interested in selling and overcharging for their services. My company purchased equipment from them and they installed the equipment. Making sure that the printers were on the automatic setting for color or black and white. What their printers do is register the copy in color and then you are charged for a color copy not a black and white copy. When I researched the error and brought the error to their attention they refused to reimburse us for their error in set up. Causing a substantial financial distress on our company.

In the name of transparency I want to state that I've never utilize this company. But I did just see A company car driving like an absolute jerk, honking his horn excessively, Tailgating, speeding… The whole 9 yards of road rage
This had to be the easiest company to have worked with, thanks to Connor!! We had our annual meeting at the Phoenix Convention Center and we needed to rent a copier and boy oh boy did I hit the jackpot working with Connor, this company knows how to get the job done! I didn't have to give much on instruction's, they are familiar with the center and I didn't have to worry that they would be lost in the PCC. The copier worked perfectly (as they came back to help with the set up and gave us great service with a smile! When we go back to Phoenix Connor will be my first call. We are going to be leasing our copier in Chicago from Pacific Office. Thank you for all your help and support. :)
