Their salespeople are EXTREMELY aggressive. They will not take no for an answer and try to go around you and talk with other people in the company to get their foot in the door. We had to literally kick the guy out of the shop. I would not do business with them based on this face alone.

This company does not care about you or your business. I have been a customer of POA for over 10 years. I was so mistreated by a Ms. Lisa Dress in the leasing department in the last 24 hours. She was rude, unrelentless, not able to problem solve with me and not a good listener. I can't believe someone like that is employed. As soon as my lease is up (less than a year thank goodness), I will find another copier company that has manners. JUST HORRID customer service!

Lane County Businesses This is a horrible organization to lease from. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They won't tell you how to get out of the lease and then when it runs out they automatically re-enroll you for another year as a "buy out" fee. I'm disgusted by my account representative, Joevan Catron (yes, the former basketball player) and sales manager, Philip Burns. Tried to sell me another lease and when I told them I was going with another firm, they would not give me the information to get out of the old lease, knowing that the more they delayed, the longer I would be paying them. Finally, today I found out I was stuck for another year with a machine that I'm not using. Terrible business practices and I'm surprised they are able to stay working in this town.

Dispicable. Absolutlely horrible. These guys have no sense of urgency and have cost me thousands of dollars. It started with an old machinhe with a contract that ran out. The buy-out was more than the machine was worth so I ordered a simpler machine at a lower rate. It took them over 6 months to get the machine as they were "waiting on parts." Once I was up and running with the new machine, they continued to charge me for the old machine. I recently change internet/wifi plans and its costing me $350 a month now. The current machine didn't come with wifi capability. 2 1/2 months later and I have heard from my Project Manager one time since I requested the wifi ability be added. Again "waiting on parts." I can get the damn adaptor off of eBay. It won';t do me any good to get the part on my own because I will still need to be renetworked. POA is horrible to use. They are killing me as a small business and as someone above said, nickel and diming me to death. I honestly cannot believe these guys are in business. I would be bankrupt if I ran a business the way they do.

I agree that this business has been a nightmare to work with. I did not work with the Eugene office, but the Phoenix location. Make sure you read the fine print on the contract. Make sure you have a plan in place for how to return the equipment. One of the worst experiences with a business I have ever had.
