The beginning of the lease with them was a mess and I'm coming to the end of a five year lease and there's even more mess. Glad we're changing suppliers of copiers. POA promises were not followed through. Documentation was not clean. Copiers at least worked well. Decent equipment. Perhaps just avoid leasing.

I'm truly disappointed in the experience I've had Pacific office automation! I honestly expected better customer service from such a large company who I thought had a good reputation. My account managers will not even return an email or a text. Once you sign the contract they are pretty much non-existent. I honestly can't wait to get out of the contract that I have. Worst printer company I've ever dealt with except their service team is pretty top notch Would definitely NOT recommend!

Update: Received a call from Dalon at POA and he is new to Boise and has been with the organization for 23 years. He is making changes to the way the business in Boise is run and has fulfilled the promises that were initially made in the contract. He has boosted my confidence that the company has integrity and will follow through with the promises made in 2019 when we signed the contract. Thank you Dalon and POA for making things right On another note, we still love our Kyocera copiers and printers. They have been extremely reliable. Original 2 star rating: I feel I can say the Kyocera printers we purchased for our small non-profit are good machines, but there is a lack of integrity and follow-through with POA. When we signed our contract in 2019 it was written into the contract that they would sponsor our big annual fundraising event. They sponsored the first year right after we signed the contract, but there has been zero follow-through or even response when the request for the sponsorship came in 2020 and 2021. It is unfortunate that this business promised something and there has been zero follow-through. When it comes time to upgrade our systems, we will not be going with POA. If you are thinking of going with this company, I would strongly question any promises they make, even if it is in writing.
