One Touch installed my whole house A/V system when the house was built in 1990. This was excellent. As we upgraded over the years, we used One Touch always. Again, the service was quick and expertly done. This Fall, we replaced the entire system with state of the art equipment as recommended by OT. They recommended a solution that met our needs. No upselling took place. The service was again excellent and expertly performed. They have returned to fine tune the system for our specific needs. It is much better than I expected. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

My husband and I decided to gift each other a home sound system for our fifteenth anniversary. We had done smaller projects with One Touch previously and decided to use their services for this much larger project. We are beyond pleased with the whole process!!
