On Top of I.T. was one of our best decision in 2023! We use them for everyday IT support - they are quick to respond and are very easy to work with. We also hired them to get our growing company into "IT shape". Best I.T. company hands down. You will not be disappointed if you go with On Top of I.T. We switched to them about a year ago and boy is the difference in service night and day. True to their name, they are always on top of all your issues that may arise. We've had hard drive fail on the weekends in our server and Alex called me right away and worked the weekend to bring us back up online. I've always gotten a response within 5 min of putting in a support ticket and they always answer their phones. They make you feel like you are very important to them and they are eager and willing to help. We're very glad we switched to them! I've spoken to or worked with everyone there, all great, super friendly and just overall awesome people! If you are in need of I.T. support, you need them in your life, they make everything easier! I wouldn't go with anyone else now that I know what superb I.T. service feels like!
